ISLAMABAD, SEP 21: The Indonesian Ambassador to Islamabad, Adam M. Tugio opened the Indonesian Culinary Workshop on the School of Tourism & Resort Administration (COTHM) Islamabad, on 20 September 2022.
The Indonesian Culinary Workshop offered Chef Budiono from Courtyard by Marriott Nusa Dua Bali to introduce two well-known Indonesian cuisines: Sate Lilit Ayam and Beef Curry.
Twenty college students from COTHM Culinary Arts Administration Division enthusiastically participated within the workshop.


CEO of COTHM, Ahmad Shafiq expressed his appreciation to the Indonesian Embassy in Islamabad for giving college students the chance to find out about Indonesian culinary, and expressed hope to construct cooperation between COTHM & Indonesian vocational establishments within the hospitality and repair sector.
The Indonesian Culinary Workshop occasion was held as part of the Indonesia Spice Up the World, a program to lift consciousness of the potential of Indonesian spices by culinary and financial diplomacy actions. The workshop was successful in collaboration with Fauzi Supreme Cooking Oil and Banaspati.
