A new immersive culinary desired destination is gearing up to open up in downtown Vancouver: Archer.
Slated to launch at 1152 Alberni Road, this new concept aims to just take guests on a “culinary tour of the Pacific Northwest” with its bountiful brunch, cocktail hour, and evening meal service.
Chef and culinary director Clement Chan will be at the helm of the kitchen in this article. The seasoned chef has worked in Torafuku, Chambar, the Fairmont Pacific Rim, Blue Water Cafe, and Hapa.
Chan is joined by cafe chef Mike Linshits and sous chef Fermin Colasi Jr.
“We have been seeking to open a next restaurant principle for a quite lengthy time, and when the place turned available on Alberni Road, we realized it was the just one,” states restaurateurs Karen Ho and Iain Bell, who co-possess Archer and Coal Harbour’s 6 Degrees Eatery.
“The avenue at present has a lot of major institutions and of system, luxury manufacturers. As impartial operators, our intention is to offer excellent, elevated brunch and evening meal fare to the neighbourhood, all although bringing a perception of position when you step by means of the doors with the ambience and design. We just can’t hold out to welcome attendees this summer season.”
